One-to-One Sessions


One-to-one sessions (1-to-1) provide you with a personal meeting with the CEB Chairman. The Chairman schedules these meetings at a time and place convenient for you. These sessions zero in on matters of direct interest to you and your company. These sessions are often most valuable in focusing attention on:

(a) highly sensitive issues that you cannot easily discuss with others, or

(b) key longer-term priorities that can dramatically impact the success of your business.

The 1-to-1 sessions provide an opportunity to clarify the issue; define possible solutions; identify resource people who can help; evaluate a plan of action; and establish accountability for executing the plan.

The CEB Chairman serves as a facilitator to help you address the key issues you face and how to resolve them successfully.

 

Example Session : A member wrestles with what to do with an unprofitable division of the business. The member is not comfortable evaluating options with employees until a clear plan is developed. The Chairman helps the member identify options including consolidation with another division, closing it down or selling it off. The member develops a plan for exploring all three options over ninety days. The Chairman puts the member in contact with an Advisory Council Director who can provide advice confidentially on the possibility of selling the division. Then the Chairman helps the member follow-through on the plan at each 1-to-1 meeting.
