CEB Chairman

The CEB Chairman, J. Scott McBride, facilitates all CEB activities. Mr. McBride brings more than 30 years of executive experience to his role as the CEB Chairman. As CEO and President, he founded and built two multimillion-dollar businesses. The second of these businesses-one of largest companies in its field-he successfully sold to a major corporation.

Mr. McBride has served as a management and marketing consultant to more than 100 organizations. His passion is to help senior business executives maximize the growth of their businesses and their effectiveness as leaders.

Mr. McBride serves as chairman of a small private foundation and has done pro bono consulting for several non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. McBride is a former McKinsey & Co. consultant and volunteered as a U.S. Army 1 st Lieutenant to serve in the Vietnam War. Mr. McBride was student body president at Stanford University and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School .
