Mission
The mission of the Capital Executives Board is to help chief executives and business owners build truly great companies and enhance the quality of their personal and professional lives.

Vision
CEB exists to help each member become an exemplary (Level 5)* executive and to help the member's business become a leading company in the industry.

Values

•  Accountability: Leaders excel when they have ongoing, affirming accountability for their performance. CEB provides a trusting environment for personal accountability with other peer leaders.

•  Confidentiality: In-depth personal and professional growth occurs best in a setting of confidentiality. CEB members sign a Confidentiality Statement affirming their commitment to treat each member's business and personal life in a confidential manner.

•  Excellence: Customers demand more of businesses every day. CEB helps members discover how they can instill higher levels of excellence in all phases of their businesses.

•  Equality: There is no hierarchy in CEB. All members participate on an equal footing with one another regardless of company size, years of experience or professional background.
