CEB Program Overview

The CEB is your personal advisory board and executive counselor. Your CEB serves you in three valuable ways:

1. Board Meetings —Your CEB group meets once a month to focus exclusively on how you can grow your business and improve your effectiveness as a company leader. We deal with the issues that really impact your company … people, products, profits, strategy and your role as the leader. These fast-paced sessions utilize the two best-proven methods for executive growth—peer-to-peer dialogues and hands-on workshops with seasoned business experts. You can expect to leave each month's meeting with at least one powerful idea that can improve the overall performance of your business.

2. One-to-One Sessions —The CEB Chairman meets personally with you at your convenience to address key issues that affect your company and your personal performance. You set the agenda. But we always focus on the issues and critical priorities in your life and business that will determine the future success of both.

3. Advisory Council —As a CEB member, you have direct access to up to 20 senior business experts who can provide specialized advice on many business issues from legal matters to financing opportunities, taxes, human resources, insurance, commercial real estate and much more.
